1 General Provisions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Large withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Each user can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• A specific bonus code may be required at the time of the first deposit to receive the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to playing slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other games on cak444:

• All games and their outcomes are operated through an automated Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers.
• If a connection is lost or a technical issue occurs on the platform during a game, the bet for that round will be refunded.

• For sports betting, bets placed before a match begins cannot be cancelled; however, if a match is postponed by mutual agreement of both parties, the bet will be refunded.
